Loc8 purchased the employment designated site on a conditional basis. 
Planning was secured spring 2017 for a 60 bed hotel and a Drive thru A5 unit. Prelets secured Travelodge, Starbucks and Greggs.
The development funded by the LXI Reit PLC. 
Construction lasted 8 months and officially completed in December 2017. 

Tenants are now open for business.

A conditional site purchase from Swindon Borough Council on former allotment land.
Planning permission was granted during summer 2017 for a 70 bed hotel and 2 x A3 drive thru.

Construction programmed to start early 2018

Travelodge Hotel and Bar, Subway and a Drive Thru Starbucks will occupy the site on completion.
